Adjunkdirekteur: Beplanning en Verslagdoening in Pretoria, wat 'n diploma of graad in besigheidsbestuur of openbare administrasie vereis met 3-5 jaar se ervaring in strategiese beplanning.
Vereistes
- 3-Jaar Nasionale Diploma of Baccalaureusgraad in Besigheidsbestuur, Ontwikkelingstudies / Openbare Administrasie / Openbare Bestuur of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak 6/7 soos deur SAQA erken. 3-5 jaar se ervaring in strategiese beplanning en verslagdoening.
- Bevoeg in Microsoft Office-pakkette (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel en Outlook, ens.). 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Generiese Bevoegdhede: Beplanning en Organisering, Koördinasie, Probleemoplossing en Besluitneming, Projekbestuur, Personeelbestuur en Bemagtiging, Kliëntoriëntasie en Klantfokus, Spanleierskap, Diversiteitsbestuur, Kommunikasie (Mondeling en Skriftelik), Interpersoonlike Vaardighede en Finansiële Bestuur.
- Tegniese Bevoegdhede: Diepgaande kennis en begrip: Wetgewing wat Beplanning, Monitering en Verslagdoening reël, Data-insameling, Data-analise en Verslagskrywing, Navorsingsmetodologie, Strategiese Beplannings- en Verslagdoeningsprosesse, Jaarlike Operasionele Plan, Oudit- en risiko-aksieplanne, Voorbereiding van notules vir Kwartaallike Hersieningsvergaderings
Pligte
- Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal die volgende pligte uitvoer: Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling van 'n Strategiese Plan en 'n Jaarlike Prestasieplan.
- Koördineer en fasiliteer die ontwikkeling van die departementele Jaarlike Operasionele Plan.
- Stel Kwartaallike Prestasieverslae op.
- Koördineer en fasiliteer die ontwikkeling van 'n Jaarlike Verslag.
- Stel strategiese verslae op soos die Oorhandigingsverslag, Midtermyn-assesseringsverslag, Strategiese Eindtermyn-verslag en departementele MTDP-voortgangsverslae.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. All shortlisted candidates for SMS position will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessment to assess cognitive capability, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Process Competencies: Knowledge management. Service Delivery Innovation. Advanced problem-solving and analysis. Client orientation and customer focus. Advanced communication skills (written and verbal). The successful candidate will be appointed to positive results of a pre-employment screening process which includes criminal, credit, citizenship checks and verification of educational qualification certificates. The successful candidate will be appointed to probation for a period of 12 months and will be required to sign a performance agreement.
