Hulpstelle-direkteur wat validerings- en toetslaboratorium-operasies bestuur vir die Government Pensions Administration Agency op vlak 09.

Vereistes

  • 'n Relevante driejarige Nasionale Diploma/Graad of ekwivalent in IT (ten minste 360 kredite) met 3-5 jaar se ervaring in die IT-toetsing- en laboratoriumomgewing.
  • Met 2 jaar toesigloudende of Junior-bestuurservaring.
  • Rekenaargeletterdheid wat 'n hoë vlak van kundigheid in Microsoft-produkte sal insluit.
  • Kennis van werknemersbevoordeligingskema en fondse.
  • Kennis van toepasslike wetgewing.
  • Werkkennis van IT-omgewing.
  • Kennis van GEPF-diens en -produkte.
  • Basiese Rekeningstelels (BAS).
  • Kennis van toepasslike Toetsmetodologie en/of verwante toetskursusse.
  • Besigheidsanalitiese vaardighede.

Pligte

  • Die titularis sal verantwoordelik wees vir 'n wye verskeidenheid take wat onder meer die volgende insluit: Bestuur die Toetslaboratorium-prosesse: Verseker, handhaaf en bevorder gesonde interne en eksterne kliëntverhoudinge met alle diensprosersvennote om tydige dienslewering te verseker.
  • Bestuur samestelling en aanbieding van Diensleweringsprestasieverslae vir Senior Bestuur en die Raad van Trustees.
  • Definieer en handhaaf die Eenheid se finansiële begroting.
  • Voorsien ondersteuning vir deurlopende verbeteringsprojekte.
  • Bestuur en/of uitvoering van die volledige Stelselskelping Lewensiklus (SDLC) of alle nuwe besigheidstelseloplossings, stelselfoute/regstellings, verbeteringe en nuwe stelselvrylastings.
  • Verseker hersiening en toetsing van verwante CIVPEN- en werkvloei-funksionaliteit en die daaropvolgende implementering van formele Toetsmetodologie, prosesse en verwante versoeke en instandhouding van 'n behoorlike toetsrooster vir Besigheidsondersteuningsdienste.
  • Voorsien opleiding aan alle gebruikers en belanghebbendes oor stelsel-/prosesveranderinge.
  • Bestuur beplanning en koördinering van validering en toetsing: Verseker validering en toetsing oor verskeie projekte en strome.
  • Verseker verslag oor toetsramings en geprioriteerde toetsitems.
  • Monitor toetsom gegewingsvereistes.
  • Beklemtoon en kommunikeer afhanklikhede.
  • Bestuur ingangs- en uitganskriterias.
  • Bestuur en ontwikkeling van personeel: Bestuur die prestasie van die eenheid wat afrigting, begeleiding en korrektiewe maatreëls waar nodig insluit.
  • Ontwikkel prestasiestelle en evalueer individue en as 'n span.
  • Monitor personeel ten opsigte van menslikehulpbronkwessies soos verlof, werwing en klagtes.
  • Stel werkplanne vir die afdeling saam, insluitende konsolidasie van operasionele planne in die direktoraat se algehele werkplanne.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. It should be noted that the GPAA does not support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any of its recruitment and selection processes and will disqualify an application if it picks up the use of AI when completing assessments without acknowledging the source of information. Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government, available as an online course on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/, prior to finalisation of appointment, is a requirement for all SMS positions. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Applicants must note that pre-employment checks and references will be conducted once they are short-listed and the appointment is also subject to a positive outcome on these checks, which include but not limited to: security clearance, security vetting, qualification/study verification, citizenship verification, financial/asset record check, previous employment verification and criminal record. Applicants will be required to meet vetting requirements as prescribed by Minimum Information Security Standards in line with the new DPSA Directive effective 01 April 2024.
