Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12 of ekwivalente kwalifikasie).
• Bevoegdhede: 'n Goeie begrip van die volgende: Finansiële funksies, praktyke sowel as die vermoë om data in te voer, rekenaar te bedryf en finansiële statistieke saam te stel;
• Openbare Diensfiskalẽ wette, prosedures en prosesse, Nasionale Skattuis Regulasies, Provinsiale Skattuis Instruksies, Wet op Openbare Finansiële Bestuur (PFMA), 1999, (DORA, PSA, PSR, PPPFA, Finansiële Handleiding);
• Finansiële bedryfsisteme (PERSAL (Personeelbeheerministrasie), BAS (Basiese Boekhoustelsel), LOGIS (Logistieke Inligtingstelsel)).
• Vereiste vaardighede: Geskrewe en mondelinge kommunikasie;
• Bewese rekenaargeletterdheid;
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

• Basiese Belasting;
• Verwerk fakteure (voer betalings in);
• Maak skorsingsrekeninge op;
• Stel joernale saam en argiveer alle dokumente.
