Adjunk-Direkteur vir korporatiewe bestuur by die Nasionale Tesourie wat 'n graad in reg of finansies en vier jaar se ondervinding vereis.

Vereistes

  • 'n Graad 12 is verplig, tesame met 'n Baccalaureusgraad in Reg, Handel, Rekeningkunde, Finansies, Nakoming of Risikobeheer.
  • Minstens 4 jaar se ondervinding waarvan 2 jaar op Adjunk-Direkteurvlak of ekwivalente werkondervinding in 'n korporatiewe bestuursomgewing in staatsentiteite verkreeg moet wees.
  • Kennis en ondervinding van die toepassing van die PFMA, die Maatskappywet, die King-Kode en ander toepaslike voorskrifte.
  • Kennis van staatsbeleid en raamwerke wat staatsentiteite beheer.

Pligte

  • Beoordeling van Staatsentiteitvoorskrifte: Ontwikkel en beoordeel die Nasionale Tesourie se oorsigtraamwerk vir staatsentiteite, bestuursprotokol, nakomingopmerkingsmatriks, ensovoorts.
  • Beoordeel en of verskaf insette oor die beoordeling van staatsentiteite se bekragtigingswetgewing, oprichtingsooreenkoms, dividendbeleid en beloningsbeleid, ensovoorts.
  • Bevorder Goeie Korporatiewe Bestuur: Verskaf aanbevelings oor aanstellings van lede van rade en uitvoerende bestuur in ooreenstemming met die bekragtigingswetgewing van entiteite of oprichtingsoorekomstes.
  • Verskaf aanbevelings oor vergoeding van uitvoerende en nie-uitvoerende direkteure van staatsentiteite in ooreenstemming met beloningsriglyne en -beleid sowel as toepasslike wetgewing.
  • Verskaf aanbevelings oor prestasiebeoordelings van rade.
  • Koördineer jaarlikse algemene vergaderings en verskaf advies oor aangeleenthede wat op die jaarlikse algemene vergadering bespreek moet word.
  • Nakomingoorsig van Staatsentiteite: Vergemaklik die indiening en handhaaf 'n databasis van jaarlikse prestasieplan, korporatiewe plan, strategiese plan, aandeelhouerskakels en jaarlikse verslae.
  • Monitor nakoming van bekragtigingswetgewing, PFMA, Maatskappywet, King-Kode en ander toepaslike voorskrifte deur die korporatiewe bestuursaspekte van die jaarlikse prestasieplan, korporatiewe plan, strategiese plan, aandeelhouerskakels en jaarlikse verslae te beoordeel.
  • Beoordeel en verwerk aansoeke ingevolge artikel 52, 55 en 92 van die PFMA-aansoeke van staatsentiteite.
  • Verskaf insette oor die indiening van jaarlikse prestasieplanne, korporatiewe planne, strategiese planne, aandeelhouerskakels en jaarlikse verslae.
  • Handhaaf 'n databasis van dividende wat deur die regering verklaar en ontvang word vanuit die SOE se geplande dividende binne 'n bepaalde MTEF.
  • Verskaf bestuurdienste aan alle ander schedule 2 en 3B-entiteite.
  • Koördinasie van Voorgenome Aanspreeklikheid: Verskaf sekretariaatsdienste aan die Fiskale Aanspreeklikheidskomitee.
