Bestuur konstruksieprojekie vir die Departement van Sport, Kuns en Kultuur met gekwalifiseerde kennis en ondervinding in die bou-omgewing.

Vereistes

  • Seniorsertifikaat/Matrieksertifikaat/Graad 12-sertifikaat/NQF 4 of ekwivalente kwalifikasie;
  • Nasionale Hoër Diploma in Bou-omgewingsveld met 'n minimum van 18 maande ondervinding/ Driejaardiploma of Nasionale Diploma (NQF 6) in enige Bou-omgewingsveld met 'n minimum van 2 jaar ondervinding/ BTech-graad (NQF 7) in enige Bou-omgewingsveld met 'n minimum van 1 jaar ondervinding / Honneursgraad (NQF 8) in enige Bou-omgewingsveld sonder ondervinding; 'n Kode 08-bestuurderslisensie;
  • Bereidwilligheid om uitgebreid te reis en onreëlmatige ure te werk;
  • Verpligte registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Raad vir die Projek- en Konstruksiebesluurskunde (SACPCMP) as 'n Kandidaat-konstruksieprobleimanager by aanstelling;
  • Verpligte kennis van die Government Immovable Asset Management Act (GIAMA) en Framework for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement Management;
  • Kontrakbestuurondervinding wat kontrakspesifikasie, toesig en monitering insluit;
  • Kennis en begrip van die Projekbestuurbeginseals en -metodologieë;
  • Kennis van regsnalewording;
  • Navorsing en ontwikkeling;
  • Rekenaargesteunde ingenieursoepassings;
  • Tegniese verslaggery;
  • Beplanning- en organiseringsvermoeë;

Pligte

  • Om alle aspekte van die projekte te bestuur en toe te sien ter ondersteuning van die bestuur van hoofstad- en tegniese instandhoudingsprojekte onder toesig van die Direkteur: Infrastruktuurontwikkeling;
  • Projekplanning, implementering, monitering, verslaggewing en evaluering in ooreenstemming met projekbestuurmetodologie;
  • Maak en voer projekwerkplanne uit en hersien soos nodig om veranderende behoeftes te ontmoet;
  • Identifiseer bronne wat benodig word en ken individuele verantwoordelikhede toe;
  • Bestuur die dag-tot-dag operasionele aspekte van 'n projek en omvang;
  • Pas metodologie doeltreffend toe en handhaaf projekstandaarde om risiko op projekte te minimaliseer;
  • Dien verslag oor projekvordering in aan die Direkteur: Infrastruktuurontwikkeling;
  • Bestuur projektbegroting en bronne in raadpleging met die Direkteur: Infrastruktuurontwikkeling;
  • Kantooradministrasie - Verskaf insette aan Direkteur: Infrastruktuurontwikkeling met aanbiedingadministrasie;
  • Skakel en interaksie met diensleiers, kliënt en bestuur onder die leiding van die Direkteur: Infrastruktuurontwikkeling;
  • Dra by tot menslikehulpbronne en verwante aktiwiteite;
  • Handhaaf die rekordbestuursisteem en die argitektoniese biblioteek;
  • Gebruik toegewese bronne doeltreffend;
  • Berei kwartaalverslae, projektatus/terreinbesoekverslae voor.
  • Hou tred met nuwe Bou-omgewingtegnologieë en prosedures;
  • Navorsing/literatuur oor nuwe ontwikkelings in projekbestuurmetodologieë;
  • Skakel met relevante liggame/rade oor projekbestuur.
