Human Resource Clerk Supervisor by South African Police Service, wat die toesighouding van integriteitsbestuur en die koördinering van finansiële openbaarmaking beheer.
Vereistes
- Aansoeker moet bevoegdheid in die kernfunksies van die pos toon.
- Wees bekwaam in minstens Engels en een ander amptelike taal.
- Wees 'n burger van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika waarvan dokumentêre bewys op die dag van die onderhoud voorgelê moet word.
- Wees in besit van Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Vlak 4 of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (NQF Vlak 4 soos deur SAQA erken).
- Minstens vier (4) jaar ervaring in die veld van die pos. 'n Toepaslike drie (3) jaar Diploma/Graad (NQF vlak 6 of hoër soos deur SAQA erken) asook relevante opleidingskursusse in die veld van die pos sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie vir minstens 'n ligte motorvoertuig sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
- Kennis, Vaardighede en Bevoegdhede: Kennis van toepaslike voorskrifte wat op die Openbare Diens van toepassing is.
- Goeie mondelinge en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede.
- Algemene rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
- Toon bevoegdheid om onafhanklik, professioneel, verantwoordelik en met geloofwaardigheid op te tree.
- Goeie mondelinge en geskrewe kommunikasievaardighede.
- Sterk interpersoonlike vaardighede.
- Verslagskryfvaardighede, Aanbieding Vaardighede, Probleemoplossing, Deeglike Beplanning, Organisering en Administrasievaardighede, Sterk Analitiese Vaardighede en Fasiliterings Vaardighede.
- Wees bereid om onder druk en verlengde ure te werk.
Pligte
- Ontwikkel 'n Integriteitsbestuur Implementeringsplan;
- Verbeter Integriteitsbestuur steun en koördinering;
- Deelneem aan en berei aanbiedings voor vir Ethics Coordinators Forum;
- Toesig hou oor die koördinering van die indiening van Finansiële Openbaarmaking vir SMS, MMS (vlak 12), vlak 9/10 en werknemers onder vlak 9 wat pligte verrig binne Supply Chain Management en finansiële omgewing;
- Verwerk Ander Betalings Vir Werk (ORW) aansoeke wat ontvang is, verbeter die opsporing van belangebotsings en voer inspeksies uit;
- Toesig hou oor die koördinering van die indiening van geskenkregister wat ontvang is;
- Verseker fasilitering van Ethics Risikoberaming en toesighouding;
- Verseker fasilitering van Bedrog Risikoberaming en;
- Toesig hou oor die administrasie van Data Integriteit van Afdeling: SCM personeel;
- Toesig hou oor en koördineer GEPF WP1002 vorms en die Gedragskode;
- Administreer die werwing-, keuse- en aanstellingsproses;
- Administreer, koördineer rangskikkings & die proeftyd van personeel;
- Voer administratiewe take uit binne Personnel Management omgewing;
- Administreer, hanteer en koördineer waarnemingsepos en toelaes;
- Administreer en koördineer die oordragte binne die Afdeling: Supply Chain Management;
- Koördineer die administrasieproses van Dienskernmedailles, Medaljes, Toekennings asook aansoeke vir Kontant Bonus.

All short-listed candidates, including the SMS, will be expected to undergo a personal interview and shall undertake two pre-entry assessments, (a) a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements, as well as (b) an integrity assessment (ethical conduct). Short-listed candidates for appointments to certain identified posts will be vetted in terms of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No 32 of 2007) and the Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No 38 of 2005). A candidate whose particulars appear in either the National Register for Sex Offenders or Part B of the Child Protection Register, will be disqualified from appointment. Candidates are expected to disclose if he/ she is a respondent in an interim or final protection order in terms of the Domestic Violence Act, 1998 (Act no 116 of 1998) or Protection from Harassment Act, 2011 (Act No 17 of 2011), and may be disqualified from appointment. The Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Amendment Act, Act 37 of 2013 requires that all new appointments in the South African Police Service as from 31 January 2015 provide a buccal (inside cheek) sample to determine their forensic DNA profile. The forensic DNA profile derived from the sample will be loaded to the Elimination Index of the National Forensic DNA Database. Appointments will be made in terms of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Act No 103 of 1994) as applicable to the post environment. Persons who retired from the Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or medical retirement, as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.
