Assistant Director vir Finansiële Stelsels wat die LOGIS-stelselbedrywing en gebruikerondersteuning by die Kantoor van die Hoofregter bestuur.
Vereistes
- Aansoeker moet in besit wees van 'n Nasionale Diploma in Rekeningkunde/Finansiële Bestuur/Inligtingstelsels of 'n relevante ekwivalente kwalifikasie op NKR-vlak 6 of hoër.
- Minimum drie (3) jaar ervaring in 'n Finansiële Stelsels-omgewing.
- Uitgebreide begrip van die LOGIS-stelsels en Basiese Rekeningkundige Beginsels.
- Deeglike kennis en begrip van die PFMA en Tesourie-Regulasies.
- Alle voorgeliste kandidate moet 'n voortoetingspraktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die evalueringsmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid te bepaal op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Vermoë om finansiële analise uit te voer.

- Probleemoplossing en besluitneming.
- Kliëntfokus en responsiwiteit.
- Verslae en voorstelle voorberei wat verband hou met die Departement se strategiese en operasionele planne.

Pligte
- Die daaglikse bedrywing van die LOGIS-stelsel hanteer en deurlopende ondersteuning aan die stelselgebruikers lewer.
- Gebruikersversoeke ondersoek en oplossings aan alle funksionele stelselvrae verskaf.
- Departementele versoeke by die Nasionale Tesourie aanbring.
- Navrae wat lank uitstaande is, na die bestuur eskaleer.
- Artikelklassifikasies, verantwoordbaarheid, verslagkategorieë monitor en opdateer en sorg vir ooreenstemming met finansiële verslagdoenigsstandaarde. 'n Kennisbasis van gereeld gestelde vrae en oplossings handhaaf.
- Onopgeloste kwessies volg en gevolg gee in gesprek met relevante belanghebbendes.
- Ondersteuning by die implementering van die inkoopstelsel.
- Ondersteuning by die skep van streeksgebaseerde Logis-winkels.
- Ondersteuningsfunksie op nuut geïmplementeerde LOGIS-winkels.
- Sorg dat beheerlêers tydens implementering korrek is, wat dataintegriteit verseker.
- Verslag oor vordering met implementering van nuwe LOGIS-winkels.
- Kontroleer en handhaaf die stelsel se operasionele integriteit en funksionaliteit deur gereelde kwaliteitstoetse.
- Fasiliteer LOGIS-funksionele opleiding aan stelselgebruikers.
- Die administrasie van LOGIS handhaaf om betroubare rekordhouding vir ouditdoeleindes te verseker en sorg dat lêers daagliks voltooi word.
- Maande-, kwartaal- en jaarverslae aan die Bestuurder voorlê ter ondersteuning van die monitering van bereiking van die doel vir die sub-afdeling Finansiële Stelsels.

The Organisation will give preference to candidates in line with Employment Equity goals. Selection panels shall score both technical exercises as an additional criterion in the interview process. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Applicants could be required to provide consent for access to their social media accounts. Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). The course is available at the NSG under the name Certificate for entry into the SMS and the full details can be sourced by the following link: https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry- programme/. Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant. The application must indicate the correct job title, the office where the position is advertised and the reference number as stated in the advert. Failure by the applicant to complete, sign and initial the application form will lead to disqualification of the application during the selection process. Applications on the old Z83 will unfortunately not be considered. Should you be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation considered. Suitable candidates will be subjected to a personnel suitability check (criminal record, financial checks, qualification verification, citizenship checks, reference checks and employment verification).
