Adjunk-direkteur-pos wat strategiese grondverkryging vir die staat bestuur in ooreenstemming met nasionale imperatiewe.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoeker moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Landboustudies / Landbou-ekonomie / Ontwikkelingstudies / Stads- en Streekbeplanning / Openbare Administrasie / Sosiale Wetenskappe / Openbare Bestuur / Onroerende Saak / Eiendomsbestuur of verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasies (NKK Vlak 6).
  • Minimum van 3 jaar relevante ondervinding op junior bestuurs-vlak.
  • Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
  • Werkverwante kennis: Grondhervorming: Wet op die Toekenning van Grond en Bystand, 126 van 1993 soos gewysig.
  • Wet op Arbeidshuurderstelsel, 3 van 1996.
  • Wet op Restitusie van Grondregte, 22 van 1994.
  • Wet op Uitbreiding van Sekerheid van Besitting, 62 van 1997 soos gewysig.
  • Beleid oor verhuring en vervreemding van staatsgrond.
  • Begunstigde-keuse- en grondtoekenningsbeleid.
  • Kennis van programme ter ondersteuning van na-vestiging.
  • Kennis van agrariese transformasie en sleutelprioriteite van die regering.
  • Kennis van Omvattende Landelike Ontwikkelingsprogramme (CRDP) en Grondhervormigsvoorskrifte en ander relevante departementele voorskrifte.
  • Werkverwante vaardighede: Kommunikasie (mondeling en skriftelik).
  • Strategiese bestuur.
  • Onderhandeling en konflikoplossing. Rekenaargeletterdheid.

Pligte

  • Bestuur die verkryging van strategies geleë grond in ooreenstemming met nasionale imperatiewe.
  • Identifiseer strategies geleë grond wat geskik is vir verkryging deur die Staat in konsultasie met relevante belanghebbende partye.
  • Ontwikkel 'n projekregister van grond vir verkryging deur die Staat.
  • Fasiliteer die kartering en oorlegging van die geïdentifiseerde grond met sleutelprodukte en nasionale imperatiewe.
  • Koördineer die beoordeling en waardasie van geïdentifiseerde eiendomme.
  • Stem verkrygde grond af met ander departementale intervensies en programme.
  • Monitor opdaterings van projekte in terme van die vereistes van die Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
  • Bestuur die keuse van geskikte kandidate en toekenning van grond.
  • Waarborg kwaliteitsversekering en inligtingsbestuursdienste op distriksvlak.
  • Waarborg dat die grondtoekenningsproses voldoen aan die Beleid op Begunstigde-keuse.
  • Bestuur die keussproses van begunstigdes vir grondtoekenning.
  • Verbind geselekteerde begunstigdes aan die relevante opleidingseenheid.
  • Bestuur die grondtoekenningsproses deur relevante goedkeuringstrukture.
  • Bestuur grondverkryging en toekenning van ondersteuningsdienste binne die distrik.
  • Fasiliteer grondverkrygingsprosedures binne relevante beleid- en programriglyne.
  • Bied ondersteuning op die grondverkrygingsgoedkeuringsproses deur relevante strukture.
  • Koördineer die verbindinge met relevante rolspelers / belanghebbende partye met betrekking tot steunvereistes van grondverkrygingsprojekte.
  • Handhaaf die grondaansoekstelsel / databasis.
  • Handhaaf 'n betroubare grondaansoekstelsel / databasis.
  • Verskaf besturingsinligingsverslae aan relevante goedkeuringstrukture en departementale bestuur.
