Forensic Investigator pos by die Departement van Landbou wat 'n diploma in forensiese ondersoeke en twee jaar se ervaring vereis.
Vereistes
- Aansoeker moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Forensiese Ondersoeke / Reg / Oudit.
- Minimum van twee (2) jaar se ervaring in Forensiese Ondersoeke.
- Werksverwante kennis: Die Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Professionele Standaarde.
- Die Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners (ICPF) Professionele Standaarde.
- Forensiese ondersoeke metodologieë en prosedures.
- Werksverwante vaardighede: Skryfvaardighede.
- Mondelinge / Kommunikasievermoë. Ondervraging-vaardighede.
- Analitiese vaardighede. Probleemoplossingvaardighede. Konflikbestuurvaardighede.
- Interpersoonlike vaardighede.
- Rekenaarvaardighede (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Pligte
- Beplanning van sake toegewys aan die Forensiese Ondersoek-span soos per die Saakbestuursregister ooreenkomstig die aflewerings en tydskale soos gedefinieer in die goedgekeurde Projekplanne.
- Beplanning van die aflewerings van sake toegeken aan die Forensiese Ondersoek-span in ooreenstemming met die Hoof-direktoraat se kwaliteitsstandaarde, metodologieë, beleid en prosedures (handves en beherende prosedure).
- Rapporteer vordering aan die Assistent-direkteur op 'n weeklikse basis en aan die Adjunk-direkteur op 'n maandelikse basis, of wanneer vereis.
- Uitvoering / Veldwerk van sake toegewys aan die Forensiese Ondersoek-span soos per die Saakbestuursregister ooreenkomstig die aflewerings en tydskale soos gedefinieer in die goedgekeurde Projekplanne.
- Uitvoering / veldwerk van sake toegeken aan die Forensiese Ondersoek-span in ooreenstemming met die Hoof-direktoraat se kwaliteitsstandaarde, metodologieë, beleid en prosedure (handves en beherende prosedure).
- Rapporteer vordering aan die Assistent-direkteur op 'n weeklikse basis en aan die Adjunk-direkteur op 'n maandelikse basis, of wanneer vereis.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All shortlisted candidates, including SMS shall undertake two pre- entry assessments. One must be a practical exercise, and the other must be an Integrity (Ethical Conduct) Assessment. Selection panels shall score both technical exercises as an additional criterion in the interview process. NB: Please note that false or fraudulent qualifications submitted by applicants will be reported to the South African Police Services (SAPS), and a criminal case shall be opened.
