Umqondisi ophatha ukubhalisa nokuhambisana nomthetho kwezikhungo zempahla eseqokiwe ePretoria, ofuna iziqu ezihambisana nale ndima kanye neminyaka emihlanu yohlelo lokusebenza njengomphathi ophakeme.

Izidingo

• Qinisekisa ukuthi uhlu lwezinhlangano zempahla eseqokiwe (CPA) luvuselelwa.
• Yenza izinqubomgomo, izinqubo, izinhlelo kanye nemihlahlandlela ye-CPI.
• Xhumana nabathintekayo abahlukene (izinhlangano zempahla eseqokiwe, eminye iminyango kahulumeni, omasipala, izinhlangano ezisekelwe emaphakathini, njll.) ukuze kutholakale izikhala ezikhona kwezinqubomgomo, umthetho kanye nokuphoqelelwa kokusebenza.
