Umsebenzi

• Umuntu ozothola leso sikhundla uzobe negunya lokuphatha, kwezinye izinto, okulandelayo: Ukuphatha futhi uhloboze imininingwane yemiphumela yesidingo esifundeni ukusetshenziswa ekubikweni nasekuqashelweni kwezidingo kazwelonke nas esifundeni, ngokusebenzisa izinhlelo ezihlotshanisiwe zokuphathwa kwemininingwane yokugcina amaphuzu asho isiphumo;
• Ukuphathwa, kanye nokufaka isandla ekuthuthukisweni kokuqashelwa okuhlotshanisiwe kokuhlolwa kokusebenza kwemiphumela yesidingo emibikweni yeminyango;
• Ukubumbana nokuhlola ukusetshenziswa kwezinhlelo zeminyaka yonke zokugcina amaphuzu asho isiphumo;
• Ukugcina amaphuzu asho isiphumu emabikweni ahamba nenyanga ngayinye ngenyanga ngamunye ngenkathi yonke kuzo zonke izinhlelo zesifunda ngokuhambisana nesikhathi esimiswe ngumthetho.
• Ukuqinisekisa ukuthi imininingwane yemiphumela yesidingo esifundeni ilungile, iqinisekile futhi ethembekile;
• Ukubumbana kanye nokuhlola ukuthuthukiswa kwezinhlelo zobikwa imininingwane kwezokuphatha imininingwane esifundeni kanye nokuthuthukiswa kobuso;
• Ukukhombisa izindlela ezisetshenziswa ekuqashelweni kwezidingo zokuphathwa kwemininingwane nokubikwa kwemiphumela yezidingo ezibalulekile zahulumende kanye nezimpawu zentuthuko kumkhakha, Ukwabiwa kwezinsiza ezingaphakathi nangaphandle;

Compliance: Applications must be submitted on the approved New Amended Z83 Form (No.81/971431) as prescribed with effect from 01 January 2021, which must be signed, initialled and dated; however, the initial on the second page of the form is not mandatory. The form is obtainable from any Public Service Department or on the DPSA website, www.dpsa.gov.za. Applicants must indicate the post and the correct reference number on the Z83 application Form.
