• Ukuhola uphathe i-WBPHCOT ukuze kufinyelelwe ekuqokweni abantu abadingisiwe nasezimpucukweni ezibonakalayo ezimpilweni zabomphakathi ngokuthiwa kwezigula, ukubona kusenesikhathi, ukuqondiswa, ukuhlanganiswa kanye nokulandelwa.
• Nikela isiqondiso nolawulo ekuphethweni kabuhle kwenkqubo yokwelapha (izenzakalo zokwelapha/ukunakekelwa kwesiguli okuhle phakathi kwemithetho nemisimelo ehlobene nokwelapha nakunakekelwa kwezempilo.
• Gcina ubudlelwano obuhle bokusebenza namanye amasibhedlela ezesempilo, ukuqinisa izinsiza ezisezingeni lomphakathi.
