Izidingo

• Isitifikedi samatikithetho / I-Grade 12 kanye ne-Diploma / I-Degree (NQF Level 6/7) ku-Finance, Accounting Management, Financial Management, Cost and Management Accounting, Public Management / Administration njengokuqashelwa yi-SAQA.
• Okungenani eminyakeni emithathu (3) engajwayelekile yokuhlola ukuphathwa kohlangothi lokuthengisa, ukuphathwa kokutholwa, Financial Management ezingeni lomqondisi / ukuphathwa (Level 7/8).
• Ulwazi ngomthetho we-Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), izimiso ze-Treasury Regulations, izinqubomgomo zokuphathwa kwemaliyo, i-National Health Act, nezimiso zomnyango ezihlobene lokhu.
• Ulwazi lwe-BAS, PEIS nakwezinye izinhlelo ezihlobene lokhu.
• Ukwazi ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha ku-Microsoft Office (Excel, Word kanye ne-PowerPoint).
• Ilayisensi yokushayela evumelekile.

• Ukuqondanisa, ukubuyekeza, ukwenza kanye nokufaka amasokhwezi okuphathwa kokutholwa kwezinsiza nezinqubomgomo ngokwenza inqubo yokuqasha, ukwelulepha uhlu lwabanikezeli besebenza, ngokwezindlela zokuthenga ezibekiwe.
• Qondanisa (umunganise) ubuyekeze futhi usebenzise inqubo yokuqasha.
• Qondanisa, ubuyekeze futhi uhlanganise uhlu lwabanikezeli abangaba khona ezinkomba zentengo.
• Qondanisa ubuyekeze futhi uthole izinkomba zentengo esikhungweni se-data ngokwezinto ezinikelwe yi-National Treasury.
• Qaphise abasebenzi ukuze kuqiniseke isisebenzi esiphezulu sokuphathwa kokutholwa futhi wenze yonke imisebenzi yentengo edingekayo mayelana nokuqashwa kwezimali ne-HR.
