• Ukwazi ukuzikhulisela ekwakheni nokuqashwa kwemisebenzi, ukulinganiswa kwesifundo somsebenzi kanye nesifundo sezindlela, ukwakheka kwezinhlangano kanye namamodeli wokuletha izinsizakalo.
• Isitifiketi ekulinganisweni kwemisebenzi esikhiqiziwe yi-NSG.
• Ukuhlanganisa izinto okwenziwa emkhakheni we-3-4 iminyaka ekuphathweni kwamandla abantu/Impatho Yohlelo Lozibuse/Ukwakheka Kwezinhlangano.
• Umsebenzi onzima ojabulela ukubhekisisa, oqonda ngaphambili, onamandla okuthonya abanye, obusa ngokwengqondo, okhulumisana nabanye, obhala imibiko, ohlaziya ngokwengqondo, oxazulula izinkinga eziyinkimbinkimbi, ohola, onesiphiwo sokuzwa ukuzipholisa ngokwezombangazwe nokuzwa ukuziphatha kwezinhlangano.
• Ulwazi ngempatho yezinhlangano nokuzakhela, isifundo somsebenzi, ukwakheka kwemisebenzi nokulinganiswa kwemisebenzi, ukuphathwa nokuthuthukiswa kwenqubo yebhizinisi kanye nezinhlelo zomthetho ezifanele.
