Umsebenzi

• Yenza ama-electrocardiograms (ama-ECG) kubantu abagulayo kwilabhu, emagcekeni, nasendaweni yezinkulungwane eziphuthumayo (ICU) ukuze ulawule futhi uhlole izinkinga zegama.
• Yenza izivivinyo zesibhunyulo kanye nezivivinyo zesikunyulu kwilabhu ukuze uhlole ukusebenza kwenhliziyo ngesikhathi sokuziloloha ngokomzimba.
• Yenza i-echocardiography (okuhlanganisa i-transthoracic kanye nama-transesophageal echocardiograms) kubantu abagulayo kwilabhu ye-Echo, emagcekeni, nasendaweni yezinkulungwane eziphuthumayo ukuze uhlole isakhiwo nokusebenza kwenhliziyo.
• Qamba ukulandelwa kwe-Holter kanye nokulawulwa kwegazi ukuze uhlole igama lenhliziyo kanye negazi ixesha elide.
• Yenza izinqubo eziphuthumayo zokuhlola inhliziyo, njengokuhlola ngokugxila etafuleni nokulawulwa kwezehlakalo zenhliziyo, kwilabhu kanye nasendaweni yezokwelapha.
• Siza kuzinkqubo zokuqhuba isikhingci senhliziyo kanye nezinye izinqubo zokwelapha nge-cardiology kwilabhu yokuqhuba isikhingci mayelana ne-hemodynamics kanye nezinqubo eziphuthumayo. -Thatha inxaxheba ekulawulweni phakathi nokwenza ukuqhuba kwesikhathi phakathi kwezinkqubo zokuqhuba i-pacemaker ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukuphepha komuntu ophila.
• Thatha inxaxheba kwimiklamo yocwaningo mayelana ne-cardiology, ukuthumelela ekuthuthukisweni kokunakekelwa nokuchwepheshe kwenhliziyo.
