Izidingo

• I-Matric noma i-NCV Level 4 ene-Degree yeminyaka engu-M+3 noma i-National Diploma ekuqashweni kwezinsiza zabantu noma noma yikuphi ukufaneleka okuhambisana nalokhu, 5 years' experience in the Human Resources field, in which 3 years must be supervisory experience in the Human Resource environment; valid driver's licence.
• Knowledge and skills in HR regulatory framework including PSBC resolutions;
• General computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and staff management system;
• Strong organisational, leadership and management skills;
• Knowledge and skills of PMDS and IQMS (Evaluation and Development system);
• Knowledge of Public Service legislations and policies related to Human Resource Management;
• Knowledge and understanding of TVET/CET Administration;
• Knowledge and understanding of Higer Education sector, Knowledge of PERSAL and Job Evaluation.

Umsebenzi

• Nika izimo zokusebenza (ukuhlala, izingxindi, uncedo lokutya, inkathazo emsebenzini, ukuqashwa kwenkonzo ende, ukusebenza ngaphezu kwesikhathi, ukushintshwa kwendawo, imiphalansisi, ukudluliselwa, izimali eziyisongezo njll);
• Phatha inqubo yokubumba nokukhethwa kwabasebenzi ngokwesigaba esinikiwe umnyango;
• Hlanganisa ukwakheka, ukubuyekeza nokusebenzisa isakhiwo senhlangano yekolishi;
• Yenza kube lula ukuthuthukiswa kwezincwadi zokuchaza imisebenzi;
• Hlanganisa ukuqashwa kwemisebenzi/nhlelo zokusebenza kwaye zithunyelwe e-Head Office;
• Yenza ucwaningo lokusebenza kabusha kwezinqubo zentshisekelo;
• Hlanganisa, thuthukisa, buyekeza, usebenzise futhi ulawule i-HR plan yekolishi, Thumela i-HR plan yekolishi ku-Regional nase-Head Office ukuyihlanganisa neplani yomnyango;
• Qinisekisa ukusebenziswa kwe-HR Plan.
• Phatha izinkonzo zokuthuthukiswa kwezinsiza zabantu.
• Lawula impilo yabasebenzi nenkonzo yokuqashwa komzimba.
• Ukuphathwa kwayo yonke imizi yabantu, imali nezinye izinsiza zeqoqo.
