• Hola uphathe izibopho ze-Department of Higher Education and Training ngokuqondene nokuthuthukiswa, ukugcinwa, ukusekelwa, nokubukwa ukuphunyuzwa kwezinqubomgomo zemfundo yokuqala yabafundisi kanye nokuqhubeka kolwazi obungcweti babafundisi bamalunga.
• Cabanga uphunyulwe amaprogramu namaprojeku ukuze kuqiniswe imfundo yasebuntwaneni, esikoleni, imfundo yomphakathi kanye noqeqesho (CET) kanye noqeqesho lobuchwepheshe nobusebenza (TVET) kwamakholishi amaprogramu nemfundo yabafundisi kumanyuvesi.
• Sega ekuphunyuzweni kwe-Integrated Strategic Planning Framework for Teacher Education and Development (ISPFTED) kanye ne-National Policy Framework for Teacher Education and Development (NPFTED).
• Nikeza isisekelo esihle emkhakheni ngqo i-Provincial Teacher Education Development Committee (PTEDC).

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
