Umsebenzi

• Qhuba izimoto ezisesikhathini kanye nezizoqobo ukuthutha abagibeli kanye nokuhambisa ezinye izinto (iposi, amadokhumenti, izinsimahle zohlwini).
• Qoqa, hlukanisa kanye nokulawula ukunyakaza kwamadokhumenti.
• Yenza okujwayelekile ukugcinwa kwenkonzo kwesimoto ekanjwayo futhi wenze ngokushesha umbiko ngezono ezingezinhle.
• Yenda isihlolo esijwayelekile saphambilini nangemuva kwehambo kwesimoto ukuze kuqiniseke ukuthi isimoto ihlale isesimweni esihle kakhulu.
• Qedela wonke amarekhodi nama-logbook adingekayo nasho ngemithetho ohlotsheni ngezimoto kanye nangamahle ahambisayo.
• Gcina ungenazi ndaba futhi ubhale amashidi ehambo ashajiwe, oko kukuthi, ubhale uhambo olusemthethweni, ibhalansi yamakhilomitha ngosuku.
• Qoqa futhi uhambise amadokhumenti kanye nezinto ezihambisana nazo emnyangweni / kwesebe noma kunoma yikuphi na ikomponendi kuleyo ethinteka nabangaphandle kumnyango.
