• Umuntu okhethwe uzoba nobume bokuphatha i-Management Accounting Sub-directorate nezeze imali emabhange ngokuhlanganisa nokuphatha abathengi, ukuhlela, ukuqapha imali echithiwe, ukulawula imali ephumayo, ukubika kwemali, ukulungisa abathengi abasha, izinqubo zokushintsha imali nokuhlola imali ukuze kusize i-JICS.
• Kumele ahlanganyele ekubhukweni kwabathengi abayisikhathi eside, akhombise izincomo ze-Medium-Term Expenditure Framework nezilinganiso ezilungisiwe; ahlole imali echithwa nezinkinga zabathengi; alungise izibalo zomholo wezinyanga futhi abike ngemva kwesikhathi esithile; aqaphe ukuthi imali iyadinga futhi yasho ukwenza okuthile; axele abaphathi bahlele ukuthi basebenzise imali kanjani nokulungisa izinto; aphathe ukushintsha, ukuhambahamba nokushintsha imali; wokuhlinzeka ngesevisi yemabhange ngokulungisa izibalo zabathengi abasemandulo nabasenhlanganweni.
