• Diploma / I-Degree Yezinhlelo ezingaba ngu-NQF 6/7 kokuqashwa kwezinsiza zokuhlinzeka / Ukuphathwa Kwezinsiza / Ukuphathwa Kwezimali.
• Uhambo olungu-2 – 3 lweminyaka yokuqonda kule ndawo, lapho kuyadingeka khona ukuthi unyaka owodwa ube ngaphansi kokulinganiswa ngesikhathi sokuphatha.
• Ulwazi: Ukuqondisisa nomnxhinnyo wabathengi, Ukuxhumana, Ukweluleka, Ukuhlela.
• Izindawo: Ukuqinisekisa kanye nokuthembeka, ukuguquguquka, amakhono ekhompyutha.
• Amakhono ahle ahambisana olimini nolubhalwayo okuxhumana ngawo, ukusebenza njengaqembu.
