Izidingo

• Isitifiketi se-Grade 12 esinokhompuyutha njengesifundo esidlulile noma isitifiketi se-Level 4 kwi-Office Administration.
• Isitifiketi se-N6 kwi-Management Assistant sizoba yinzuzo.
• Umuzwa owodwa wemfundo yokusebenza ohlobene uzoba yenzuzo engeziwe.
• Ulwazi: Ukugxila kumthengi nogxile ekwenzeni abathengi bayonakala, ukuxhumana okuhle, izinkambiso zocingo.
• Amakhono: Kumele ukwazi ukufunda nokubhala ngomthengi, amakhono okuhlelwa okuhle, amakhono abantu ahle, amakhono okubhala abhalwe ngokwesisekelo.
