• Bazoba umugqa wangaphambili wokwesekwa komphakathi ngokunikeza imfundo yengqondo, ukwenza ukuhlola kwengqondo nezinyathelo zokuthibela ezibheke ekukhuthazeni nasekuqalisweni komphila kahle ngokomqondo nenhlalo yabantu, emihlobeni, emaqembweni nasemiphakathini.
• Ukwenza ukuhlola kwengqondo, ukubuyekeza okuyisiseko nokungenelela ngokwengqondo kubantu nabaqembu ngenhloso yokuqala ukuhlola impilo yengqondo ukuze kwenziwe ukusetshenziswa okufanele.
• Ukuyila, ukuphatha futhi kulawule izinhlelo zokuthuthukisa ezifanele nazo zonke izinga ezinhlelweni.

Applications must be posted on the new Z83 Form, a comprehensive CV, indicating three reference persons: Name and Contact Numbers, A relationship with reference.
