Applications must be submitted on a duly complete Z83 form (effective from 01 January 2021) obtainable from any Public Service Department. Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications and other relevant documents on application but must submit a fully completed signed Z83 form and detailed Curriculum Vitae. A clear indication of the post and reference number that is being applied for must be indicated on your Z.83.
