• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of excellence, including the professionalisation;
• Identifying relevant stakeholders;
• Managing the maintenance of an updated stakeholder database;
• Facilitating secretariat responsibilities for engagements;

• Facilitating the establishment of working groups or task teams to create synergy on the implementation of skills programmes;

• Creating oversight mechanism for government programmes;
