• Ifomali esisiseko seR425 (okunokuthi yiDiploma/Isidanga kwiNkonzo yoGqirha) okanye ifomali elingathatha njengento elifanayo evumela ubhaliso kwiSANC njengesiGqirha soNongqondile ehambisa ngeQeqesho elingemva kwesiseko seNkonzo yoGqirha, ngexesha elingalinganisi ngetyanga eli-1, elivunyelwe yiSANC ngokwesaziso seRhulwantamke kuphawu ngo-rhuqo lwe-R212 kwiSayensi eNqanaba eliphezulu leNkonzo yoGqirha kubantwana;
• Ubuncinci beminyaka eli-10 yamava ahambelanayo/abonakalayo kwiNkonzo yoGqirha emva kobhaliso njengesiGqirha soNongqondile kwiSANC ekuQeqeshweni lwaqo.
• Ubuncinci beminyaka esi-6 kule minyaka etshiwo ngasentla kufuneka ibe ngamava ahambelanayo/abonakalayo emva kokufumana iqeqesho/ifomali lemnyaka wesinye ngemva kwesiseko kwindawo ogqithise kuyo;
• Ubuncinci beminyaka esi-3 kule minyaka etshiwo ngasentla kufuneka ibe ngamava ahambelanayo/abonakalayo kwinqanaba lolawulo;
• Ulwazi ngemigaqo yenkonzo yokunyangwa, amakhono obukhululeko lulungileyo.
