Following the interview process, All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Applicants with foreign qualifications remain responsible for ensuring that their qualifications are evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Successful incumbents will be expected to sign a performance agreement within one month after assumption of duty. The successful candidate will also be required to disclose their financial interest in accordance with the prescribed regulations.
