Overview
Deputy Director: Accounting Services post in Pietermaritzburg requiring an NQF Level 7 qualification and 3 years junior management experience in financial accounting.
Requirements
- A NQF Level 7 relevant qualification in Accounting/ Financial Management/ Commerce/ Auditing/ Business Management/ Administration plus 3 years relevant experience in Financial Accounting at junior management (ASD) level.
- Proficiency in relevant word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages.
- Possession of a valid driver’s licence.
Duties
- Manage bookkeeping services.
- Facilitate Creditors Management and manage voucher, payroll and loss control.
- Render Financial Systems Control services.
- Mange Banking and Tax services.
- Develop policies and strategies aimed at improving service delivery.
- Manage the resources of the Sub-Directorate.
