Requirements

• A Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate (Matric) and a valid driver’s licence.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Knowledge: Office administration, Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
• Skills: Time management, decision making, planning, organising, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal relations, computer, report writing, analytical, telephone etiquette and innovative skills.

Duties

• Render general clerical support services.
• Provide stores administration services.
• Provide human resources support services.
• Provide financial administration support services in the component.
• Provide transport and asset support services.
