Internship: Training and Development

Overview

Internship in Training and Development at the Unemployment Insurance Fund in Pretoria for graduates in HR Development or related fields, requiring no prior experience.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification in Management of Training/ Human Resource Development/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • No experience required.
  • Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector).
  • Knowledge: Public Financial Management (PFMA) Public Service Regulations (PSR).
  • Public Service Act (PSA). Skills. Communication.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Time management. Negotiation. Presentation.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Planning and Organizing.
  • Report Writing.

Duties

  • Provide Learnership and internships functions program.
  • Implement bursary programs.
  • Provide induction and orientation programs in the fund.
  • Implementation of human resource development and workplace skills plan programs (AET, MDP).
  • Assist in implementation of business training.
