Internship: Internal Audit
Financial Year.
Overview
Internal audit internship at the Unemployment Insurance Fund in Pretoria requiring an NQF Level 6 qualification in Internal Auditing, Finance, Accounting or IT Auditing.
Requirements
- An undergraduate qualification in Internal Auditing / Finance / Accounting / IT Auditing at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
- No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector).
- Knowledge: Evidence gathering and Audit Execution.
- Internal Audit Process.
- Treasury Regulations and internal Audit Standards.
- Batho Pele Principles.
- Public Financial Management Act.
- Skills: Report writing.
- Computer Literacy. Communication.
- Research Methodology.
- Analytical and creativity.
- Problem Solving. Presentation.
- Planning and organizing.
Duties
- Render support in carrying out audit engagement planning.
- Participate in the development of audit projects.
- Provide internal audit administration support services.
- Provide assistance in examining audit progress.

The Graduate Programme is meant to provide work exposure to graduates in their fields of studies.
