Internship: Compliance Support

Overview

Compliance support internship at the Unemployment Insurance Fund in Pretoria for graduates with an Internal Audit or Accounting qualification.

Requirements

• An undergraduate qualification in Internal Audit/Auditing/ Accounting at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA.
• No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector).
• Knowledge: Public Service Regulations (PSR).
• Public Service Act (PSA).
• Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).
• Labour Relation Act (LRA).
• Employment Equity Act (EEA).
• Skills: Report writing.
• Policy Analysis, Development and Management.
• Computer Literacy. Communication.
• Research Methodology.
• Analytical and Creativity.
• Problem Solving. Presentation.
• Planning and Organizing.

Duties

• Provide assistance in the implementation of the compliance universe.
• Provide assistance in conducting the compliance Risk Assessment.
• Assist in implementation of the compliance plan.
• Provide assistance in reviewing of policies and procedures in line with the compliance.

The Graduate Programme is meant to provide work exposure to graduates in their fields of studies.
