Personeelsverpleegkundige poste by Sonstraal Hospital in die Western Cape, wat SANC-registrasie as 'n Personeelsverpleegkundige vereis, met salarisse wat wissel van graad 1 tot graad 3.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Personeelsverpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by SANC as Personeelsverpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as 'n Personeelsverpleegkundige.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as 'n Personeelsverpleegkundige.
• Inherente vereistes van die werk: Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk, nag- en dagskofte, naweke, openbare vakansiedae en oortyd wanneer nodig.
• Bereidwilligheid om in alle saale te werk.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasie en interpersoonlike verhoudings.
• Basiese rekenaarvaardighede in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Kennis van relevante wetgewing en beleide van die Department of Health Western Cape.

Pligte

• Ontwikkeling en implementering van basiese pasiëntsorgplanne.
• Verskaf basiese kliniese verpleegsorg.
• Effektiewe benutting van fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne.
• Handhaaf professionele groei/etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to do a practical test. “Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements, may also apply.
