Apteekassistent Graad 1 tot 3 (Post-Basic) benodig by Cape Medical Depot vir hulpsklikbestuur, voorraadbestuur en pakhuisondersteuning.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Soos vereis deur die opleidingsfasiliteit en die South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) plus Post-Basic Apteekassistent-kwalifikasie wat registrasie met SAPC as 'n Apteekassistent (Post-Basic) Warehousing toelaat.
• Registrasie met 'n professionele raad: Huidige registrasie met die SAPC as 'n Apteekassistent Post Basic of Apteekassistent Post Basic (Warehousing).
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen na registrasie met die SAPC as Apteekassistent (Post-Basic) nie.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 5 jaar toepaslike ervaring as Apteekassistent na registrasie as 'n Apteekassistent (Post-Basic) met die SAPC.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 13 jaar toepaslike ervaring as Apteekassistent na registrasie as 'n Apteekassistent (Post-Basic) met die SAPC.
• Inherente vereistes van die werk: Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk wanneer vereis.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Kennis en/of ervaring in die hantering van farmaseutiese voorrade veral in 'n pakhuisomgewing, insluitend Cold Chain Practices.
• Kennis van Drug Supply Management Principles.
• Goeie kennis van groothandel-pakhuispraktyke en prosedures.
• Goeie geletterdheids- en numeriese vaardighede.
• Die vermoë om in 'n pakhuis-tipe situasie te werk en die nodige fisiese behendigheid te hê.
• Rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Word, Excel, Outlook en Teams).
• Vermoë om swaar voorwerpe op te lig en swaar masjinerie te bedryf - stackers, pallet jacks, Hyster.
• Goeie interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik sowel as in 'n span te werk.
• Vermoë om aan toepaslike wetgewing te voldoen.
• Vermoë om akkuraat onder druk te werk en 'n hoë werketiek te handhaaf.

• Hulpsklikbestuur en bestuur.
• Customer Care, Supplier, Courier - Navraagbestuur.
• Voorraadbestuur en pakhuisondersteuning.
• Algemene administrasie, bystand, wettige vereistes, personeelontwikkeling.
