Professionele verpleegkundige posisies by Knysna Hospital wat SANC-registrasie vereis om gehalte-verpleegsorg oor drie gegradeerde salarisvlakke te lewer en te bestuur.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/Grade in Verpleging) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• OF 'n 4-jarige Bachelorggraad in Verpleging (R174) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Inheemse vereiste van die werk: Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk, nagdiens, oortyd, openbare vakansiedae en naweke.
• Bereidwilligheid om na ander sale in die fasiliteit te roteer.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Basiese rekenaarvaardigheid (MS Office).
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer, asook in 'n multidissiplinêre span om goeie pasiëntversorging te verseker.
• Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede (sowel skriftelik as mondelings).
• Kennis van toepaslike wetgewing, beleide insluitend Health Care 2023, Sustainable Development Goals.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegplan (kliniese praktyk of pasiëntversorging).
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalteverpleging (gehalte van praktyk).
• Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies wat relevant is tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
• Onderhou 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
• Benut menslike, materiële en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Neem deel aan opleiding, ontwikkeling en navorsing binne die verpleegdepartement.
• Verskaffing van ondersteuning aan verpleegdienste.
