Professionele verpleegkundige benodig by Oudtshoorn Hospital om gespesialiseerde teaterverpleegsorg binne die multidissiplinêre span te verskaf.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/Grade in Verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Postbasiese verpleegkundige kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar geakkrediteer by die SANC in Medical and Surgical Nursing Science: Operating Theatre Nursing (212).
• OF 'n 4-jarige bachelorsgraad in verpleegkunde (R174) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Nagraadse diploma (R635) geakkrediteer by die SANC in Peri-operative Nursing.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Vlak 1: 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 14 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Ten minste 10 jaar van bogenoemde periode moet toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring wees na verkryging van die 1-jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie of nagraadse diploma in die tersaaklike spesialiteitsrigting.
• Inherent vereistes van die pos: 'n Geldige (Kode B/EB) bestuurslisensie.
• Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk, na ure, naweke, wagdienste en Openbare Vakansiedae wanneer nodig.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasievaardighede.
• Toesighoudende vaardighede en optimale benutting van ondergeskiktes.
• Kennis van teaterdienste binne 'n hospitaalopset, beroepsgesondheid/personelwelsyn en beginsels van infeksievoorkoming en -beheer.
• Vermoë om verbruikbare hulpbronne doeltreffend te bestuur.
• Rekenaargeletterdheid (d.w.s.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint en Outlook).

Pligte

• Verskaf omvattende gespesialiseerde verpleegsorg binne 'n professionele/regsraamwerk.
• Neem deel met die multidissiplinêre span om holistiese gesondheidsorg te verskaf, verskaf goeie dokumentasie, sorg, beplanning en gesondheidsopvoeding.
• Ondersteun en neem deel aan kliniese praktikumontwikkelingsinisiatiewe, opvoedkundige aktiwiteite en navorsing.
• Doeltreffende benutting van menslike en finansiële hulpbronne.
• Verskaf ondersteuningsdienste aan die toesighouer en Verpleegafdeling.
