Professionele Verpleegkundige Graad 1 tot 2 (SPESIALITEIT: Geestelike Gesondheid)

Oorsig

Professionele verpleegkundige benodig om geestelike gesondheidsorg oor Khayelitsha en fasiliteite in die Oostelike sub-struktuur te verskaf, met pligte wat kliniese sorg en ondersteuning van gemeenskapsontwikkeling insluit.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/grade in verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R880) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Post-basiese verpleegkundige kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar wat by die SANC geakrediteer is in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing Science (R212).
• OF 'n 4 jaar Baccalaureusgraad in Verpleegkunde (R174) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Nagraadse diploma (R635) wat by die SANC geakrediteer is in Mental Health Nursing.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 14 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Ten minste 10 jaar van bogenoemde periode moet toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in Psigiatrie wees na verkryging van die eenjaar post-basiese kwalifikasie in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing Science.
• Inherente vereistes van die pos: Geldige (Code B/EB) bestuurslisensie.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goëie interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede.
• Rekenaarvaardig (Microsoft Office).
• Kennis van en insig in toepaslike wetgewing en beleide rakende geestelike siektes.
• Vermoë om kliënte wat geestelike gesondheidsberading benodig, te raadpleeg.

Pligte

• Neem aktief deel aan die kliniese pligte en verpleegsorg aan Geestelike Gesondheidspasiënte binne die Sub-struktuur.
• Verskaf ondersteuning en kapasiteitsontwikkeling aan PHC-personeel vir sub-struktuurvlakdienste en aan studente en portuurlyke.
• Bevorder gemeenskapsontwikkeling en deelname aan geestelike gesondheidsorglewering.
• Skakel met ander rolspelers lid.
• Benutting van hulpbronne binne die sub-struktuur.
• Voer navorsing uit wat verband hou met geestelike gesondheid en dienslewering.
