Mediese registrateurposte by verskeie hospitale in North West in kindergeneeskundige chirurgie, narkose en algemene chirurgie op kontrakte vir 'n vaste termyn, met supernumerere plaserings by akademiese instellings in Gauteng.

Vereistes

• Kindergeneeskundige chirurgie: Hierdie pos behels die aanstelling deur die North West Department of Health en die suksesvolle kandidaat sal na Gauteng gestuur word as 'n supernumerer by een van die volgende akademiese instellings: University of Witwatersrand/ University of Pretoria en/ Sefako Makgatho Health Science University.
• Algemene chirurgie: Gesamentlike aanstelling met die Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Witwatersrand, University of Pretoria & Sefako Makgatho Health Science University.
• NB: Registrateurs sal gesamentlik aangestel word tussen die North West Department of Health en die University of the Witwatersrand/ Pretoria/ Sefako Makgatho Health Science en sal roteer deur die opleidingsplatforms in Gauteng en North West Province.
• Narkose: Gesamentlike aanstelling met die Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Witwatersrand, University of Pretoria, Sefako Makgatho Health Science University.
• NB: Registrateurs sal gesamentlik aangestel word tussen die North West Department of Health en die University of the Witwatersrand, sal in Klerksdorp/ Tshepong Hospital Complex/ Witrand Hospital gebaseer wees, en kan verlang word om deur die opleidingsplatforms in Gauteng te roteer.
• Toepaslike kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa as 'n Registrateur (Independent Practitioner) moontlik maak.
• Moet Gemeenskapsdiens voltooi het.
• Kandidate wat op die kortlys geplaas is, sal vereis word om huidige bewys van registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa as Medical Practitioner in Independent Practice voor te lê.
• Kandidate wat op die kortlys geplaas is, sal vereis word om 'n geldige werkpermit vir nie-Suid-Afrikaanse burgers voor te lê.
• Registrateurs sal tussen instellings geroteer word.
• Die volgende sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees: Werkervaring in die veld van Kindergeneeskundige Chirurgie of Algemene Chirurgie as 'n Mediese Praktisyn vir 'n tydperk van 12 maande, CMSA deel 1 eksamens en bykomende kursusse wat relevant is tot die veld van Mediese Praktisyn: ACLS, BSS en ATLS.

Pligte

• Ondervra, ondersoek, diagnoseer en hou toesig oor die behandeling van pasiënte.
• Hou toesig oor junior dokters (Voorgraadse Studente, Interns en Community Service Doctors).
• Bywoon van relevante administratiewe vergaderings soos mortaliteitsvergaderings, near MISS vergaderings en die tydige voltooiing van MEDICO Legal Dokumente (bv.
• Death Certificate).
• Verbeter kwaliteit van sorg deur toepaslike kliniese sorg te verskaf.
• Verminder mediese litigasie deur goeie kliniese etos toe te pas.
• Implementeer en monitor die nakoming van National Core Standards (norme en standaarde).
• Neem deel aan alle aktiwiteite van die dissipline met betrekking tot onderrig en navorsing.
• Neem deel in 'n multidissiplinêre span tot die bestuur van pasiënte.
• Uitvoer van praktiese prosedures wat relevant is tot die sorg van pasiënte.
• Verseker effektiewe administrasie en die byhou van veiligheidsrekords in die departement.
• Bereid om buite kantoorure (nag, naweek en openbare vakansiedag) te werk om deurlopende ononderbroke sorg van pasiënte te verskaf.
