Vereistes

• Baccalaureusgraad in Gesondheidswetenskappe / Elektries / Meganies / Kliniese Ingenieurswese (NQF vlak 7).
• Vyf (5) jaar ervaring op Middle/Senior Bestuursvlak by voorkeur in 'n Openbare Gesondheidsomgewing.
• Voor-toelatingsertifikaat vir die Senior Management Services (SMS) soos deur die National School of Government erken voor aanstelling ingedien. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Uitgebreide ervaring in Kliniese Ingenieurswese en/of Gesondheidstegnologie-bestuur.
• Kennis van die werking van mediese toerusting en die toewysing van gesondheidstegnologieë en die koppelvlak tussen mediese toerusting en pasiënte insluitend uitsette en metings.
• Kernbestuursbevoegdhede: Strategiese vermoë en leierskap, personeelbestuur en bemagtiging, program- en projekbestuur, finansiële bestuur, veranderingsbestuur, kennisbestuur, diensleweringinnovassie, probleemoplossing en analise, konflikbestuur, kliëntoriëntasie en kliëntesorg en kommunikasie. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
