Voorseeningsadministratiewe beampte wat voorsiening, verkryging en logistieke dienste by die Mpumalanga Provinsiale Kantoor toesien, met 'n vereiste van Graad 12 en drie jaar se ervaring in die voorsieningsketting.

Vereistes

• Senior Certificate / Graad 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie plus drie (3) jaar relevante ervaring in Voorsieningskettingbestuur of Diploma / Graad (NQF Vlak 6/7) in Finansies / Logistiek / Procurement / Voorsieningskettingbestuur / Finansiële / Rekeningkunde Bestuur soos deur SAQA erken.
• Kennis en ervaring van voorseeningsadministrasie, met hoofklem op die volgende areas: LOGIS, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework (PPPFA), Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) en Tesourie Regulasies en algemene kennis van Basic accounting system (BAS). Rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Goed ontwikkelde interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede (skriftelik en mondelings).
• Goie bestuurs- en toesighoudende vaardighede.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en styf deadlines na te kom.
• Geldige bestuurderslisensie sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.

Pligte

• Toesig hou oor en voorsiening en verkrygingsdienste lewer.
• Toesig hou oor en logistieke dienste verrig.
• Toesig hou oor en beheer die werk van ondergeskiktes (insluitend opleiding) in die voorsieningskettingbestuureenheid.
• Hanter meer gevorderde en ingewikkelde aangeleenthede rakende voorseeningsadministrasie.
• Bestuur alle aspekte van bestellings soos kwotasies, aankoop en verwerking van versoekskrifte, magtiging van verkrygingsadvies en -leiding aan alle kliënte, hoofgebruikersklerke en verantwoordelikheidsbestuurders.
• Verseker nakoming van departementele en Tesourie Regulasies.
• Evalueer en toets nakoming van alle aankooptransaksies.
• Bestuur alle oop bestellings.
• Hanter Menslike hulpbronne aangeleenthede soos verlof en voer die ontwikkelingstelsel van kwartaal evaluasieverslae uit.
• Hou aan regulasies en wetgewing rakende die voorsieningskettingbestuureenheid.
• Fasiliteer en administer versoekskrifte vir goedere en dienste.
• Implementeer interne verkrygingsbeleid, regulasies stelsels en prosedures.
• Onderhou verkrygings- en voorseeningstelsels en -prosesse.
• Administer betalingsprosesse.
• Kennis van BAS en LOGIS finansiële stelsels.
• Vermoë om onder druk te werk.
• Toesig oor die ondergeskiktes.
• Bywoon en reageer op ouditnavrae.
