Hoofinspekteur benodig in Groblersdal om beroepsgezondheids- en higiëne-inspeksies uit te voer en OHS-strategieë vir die Department of Employment and Labour te implementeer.

Vereistes

• Drie (3) jaar Nasionale Diploma (NQF 6) / Voorgraadse bachelorsgraad (NQF 7) in Omgewingsgesondheid / Beroepsgezondheid / Higiëne / Analitiese Chemie / Chemiese Ingenieurswese.
• Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Vier (4) jaar funksionele ervaring in Gesondheids- en Higiëne-inspeksies / -dienste.
• Kennis: Departementele beleide en prosedures, Batho Pele-beginsels, Public Service Act en Regulasies, OHS Act en Regulasies, OHS-standaard, OHS-bestuurstelsel.
• Vaardighede: Fasilitering, Beplanning en organisering, Rekenvaardigheid, Interpersoonlik, Probleemoplossing, Ondervraging, luister en waarneming, Voorlegging, Innoverend, Analitiese navorsing, Projekbestuur.

Pligte

• Lewer insette tot die ontwikkeling van Gesondheids- en Higiënebeleide en verseker implementering van OHS-strategie vir die Department of Labour volgens OHS-wetgewing.
• Voer gereeld ingewikkelde inspeksies vir Gesondheid en Higiëne uit volgens die inspeksieprogram.
• Doen tegniese navorsing oor die jongste tendense in Beroepsgezondheid en -higiëne binne geïdentifiseerde sektore.
• Bied ondersteuning vir handhawingsaksies, insluitend die voorbereiding van verslae vir regsgedinge.
