Vereistes

• National Senior Certificate, Nasionale Diploma in Elektriese Ingenieurswese of relevante kwalifikasie.
• Ses (6) jaar se kwalifikasie-tegniese ervaring, Verpligte registrasie by ECSA as 'n professionele ingenieurtegnikus, Geldige bestuurslisensie.
• Bewese prestasie in ingenieursbestuur is noodsaaklik.
• Projektebestuur, Tegniese ontwerp en ontledingskennis.
• Navorsing en ontwikkeling.
• Rekenaargesteunde ingenieurstoepassings (PLC).
• Kennis van wetlike nakoming.

• Bestuur tegniese dienste, Bestuur tegniese dienste en ondersteun in samewerking met Ingenieurs, Tegnoloë en geassosieerdes in veld-, werkswinkel- en tegniese kantoorbedrywighede.
• Verseker die bevordering van veiligheid in ooreenstemming met statutêre en regulasievereistes.
• Evalueer bestaande tegniese handleidings, standaardtekeninge en prosedures om nuwe tegnologie te inkorporeer en verseker gehalteversekering van tegniese ontwerpe met spesifikasies en magtig/maak aanbevelings vir goedkeuring deur die relevante gesag.
• Hanteer veelvuldige projekte en multidissiplinêre konsultasie- en kontrakteerspanne.
• Bestuur administratiewe en verwante funksies.
• Verskaf insette tot die begrotingsproses.
• Stel verslae op en dien dit in soos vereis.
• Verskaf en konsolideer insette tot die tegniese/ingenieursbedryfsplan.
• Verseker die ontwikkeling, implementering en instandhouding van databasisse, en bestuur, hou toesig oor en beheer tegniesverwante personeel en bates.
• Diagnoseer en los komplekse probleme op, Pas oplossing- en ontwerptegnieke toe, werkvloei (prosesse en prosedures, Effektiewe ontwikkeling en implementering van beleid, prosedures en strategieë rakende ingenieursbou-aangeleenthede.
• Navorsing en ontwikkeling, Deurlopende professionele ontwikkeling om tred te hou met nuwe tegnologie om prosedures te verbeter, Navorsing/literatuurstudies oor tegniese ingenieurstegnologie om kundigheid te verbeter en om met relevante rade oor ingenieursverwante aangeleenthede te skakel.
