Adjunkbestuurder Verpleging gesoek by Zithulele Hospital in die Eastern Cape om strategiese verpleegleierskap te verskaf, met 'n R425-kwalifikasie en nege jaar se verpleegervaring as vereiste.

Vereistes

• Basiese R425-kwalifikasie Diploma/Degree in Verpleging of ekwivalente kwalifikasie wat registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige Generies toelaat. 'n Nagraadse diploma in Verpleegbestuur/Administrasie. 'n Minimum van 9 jaar na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige, ten minste 4 jaar se toepaslike erkende ervaring moet op Bestuursvlak wees.
• Toon 'n gevorderde begrip en toepassing van verpleegwetgewing en verwante wettige en etiese verpleegpraktyke.
• Kennis van PFMA, HR-bestuur.
• Kennis van Openbare Sektor Wetgewing en tersaaklike Voorskrif/Regulasie, Batho Pele-beginsels en Pasienteregtehandves.
• Sterk leierskap, goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge, doeltreffende probleemoplossing, bestuurs- en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
• Goeie mondelinge en skriftelike Kommunikasievaardighede is noodsaaklike vereistes. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.

Pligte

• Om strategiese verpleegleierskap en rigting aan die verpleegdienste te bestuur en te verskaf.
• Beplan en monitor die doelwitte van die gespesialiseerde eenheid in ooreenstemming met die strategiese plan van die instelling en Departement.
• Koördineer en handhaaf gunstige/konstruktiewe werksverhoudinge met Verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
• Verseker nakoming van professionele en etiese praktyk.
• Monitor en verseker dat verpleegsorg in ooreenstemming met die statutêre reg, beleide en prosedures wat die Verpleegprofessie, Arbeid en Gesondheidsorg regeer, beoefen word.
• Doeltreffende bestuur en benutting van Menslike en Materiële hulpbronne.
• Verseker doeltreffende implementering van PMDS.
• Monitor nakoming van Kwaliteitsversekering en Infeksiebeheer en Beroepsgesondheid en Veiligheidstandaarde en Nasionale Kerntandaarde-nakoming.
• Verseker doeltreffende en effektiewe uitvoering van administrasiefunksies van die verpleegeenheid.
