Vereistes

• Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resource/ People Management, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field (NQF 6).
• Experience: Relevant experience in organisational design, job evaluation, or PM operations.
• Competencies (knowledge /skills): Knowledge of public sector PM frameworks, policies, and procedures as well as Establishment Administration.
• Working knowledge of PERSAL, staff establishments and organisational structures.
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Numeracy and mathematical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project coordination and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and report-writing skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
