• An appropriate 3-year post school qualification at NQF level 6 (equivalent or higher qualification);
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in rendering executive support functions to top management;

• Provide support to the Chief Director with regard to meetings;
• Remain up to date with regard to the applicable prescripts/policies and procedures applicable to his/her work terrain to ensure efficient and effective support.
