Telkom-operateur benodig by Khayelitsha District Hospital om skakelbordbedrywighede te bestuur, oproepe te hanteer en telekommunikasietoerusting te onderhou.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7).
• Ervaring: Toepaslike ervaring in die bedryf van 'n hoëvolume-sakelbord.
• Inherente vereiste van die werk: Fisies in staat om te hoor en duidelik te praat.
• Vermoë om skofte, nagshift, naweke en openbare vakansiedae te werk.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Toepaslike kennis en vermoë om 'n hoëvolume-sakelbord en toerusting, en 'n openbare adresstelsel effektief en doeltreffend te bedryf.
• Uitstekende luistervaardighede en telefoonetiket.
• Rekenaarvaardigheid in Microsoft-pakkette (Word, Excel en Outlook).

Pligte

• Bestuur skakelbord en roep personeel oor die Openbare Adresstelsel.
• Effektiewe kommunikasiehantering (sowel intern as ekstern) van inkomende en uitgaande oproepe en beantwoord telefoonnavrae en aflewering van boodskappe.
• Hantering van alle telekommunikasietoerusting en verwante take en verseker dat skakelbord- en telefoontoerusting in werkende toestand is en rapporteer alle foute aan toesighouer/relevante persoon.
• Onderhou interne telefoongids.
• Versoen terugvoer oor die werksverrigtinge van die komponent en ondersteun toesighouer deur die gedragskode vir die Openbare Diens na te kom.
