Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Senior sertifikaat (of gelykwaardig).
• Ervaring: Toepaslike ervaring in personeeladministrasie.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie rekenaar- (MS Word en Excel), syfer- en wiskundevaardighede.
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede en die vermoë om in 'n teamkonteks te werk.
• Kennis van Menslike Hulpbrondvoorskrifte in die Openbare Diens.
• Vermoë om onder druk te funksioneer en sperdatums na te kom.

• Verskaf 'n doeltreffende personeel- en salarisadministratiewe funksie.
• Help met die werwing- en keuringsproses.
• Verskaf 'n doeltreffende ondersteuningsfunksie aan die toesighouer.
• Hanteer 'n verskeidenheid personeel-, skriftelike en telefoniese navrae.
• Oudit personeel-, pensioen- en verloflêers.
• Handhaaf doeltreffende rekordhouding.
