Vereistes

• Toepaslike graad (NQF 7) in Handel of Rekeningkunde of Ekonomie en vyf (5) jaar se tersaaklike ervaring na kwalifikasieverkryging (na voltooiing van kwalifikasie). Rekenaargeletterd.
• Begrip van finansiële bestuur soos dit in die Regering en binne die konteks van infrastruktuurbegroting en -besteding toegepas word.
• Geldige bestuurslisensie. Rekenaargeletterdheid.
• Alle gekorte lysde kandidate, insluitend die SMS, onderneem twee voor-toetredingsassesserings.
• Een sal 'n praktiese oefening wees om 'n kandidaat se geskiktheid op grond van die pos se tegniese en algemene vereistes te bepaal, en die ander moet 'n integriteitsassessering (etiese gedrag) wees.

• Rigting gee aan en koördineer alle Finansiële Bestuursfunksies vir die Hoofdirektoraat, insluitend alle finansiële kwessies en toeleweringskettingbestuurskwessies met betrekking tot infrastruktuurprojekte/programme.
• Ekstraheer, ontleed en valideer finansiële inligting vir infrastruktuurprojekte/programme.
• Verskaf finansiële administratiewe dienste vir alle infrastruktuurprogramme en -projekte.
• Berei finansiële verslae voor.
• Verskaf begrotingsadministratiewe dienste.
• Werk 'n dokumentbestuurstelsel vir alle finansiële dokumentasie by en onderhou dit.

Appointment will be subject to competency assessment. Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job. Following the interview and technical exercise the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency based assessments). The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools Applications should be submitted on the latest Form Z.83, obtainable from any Public Service Department. Applications must in all cases be accompanied by a recently updated comprehensive CV only. Only shortlisted candidates for a post will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license on or before the day of the interview following communication from the relevant HR section of the Department. The filling of posts will be done in terms of the Department’s approved Employment Equity Plan. Due to ongoing internal processes, the Department reserves the right to withdraw any post at any time.
