Vereistes

• Basiese R25-kwalifikasies, d.w.s.
• Diploma/Grade in Verpleegkunde of ekwivalente kwalifikasies wat registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegsraad as 'n professionele verpleegkundige.
• Huidige registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegsraad (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige. 'n Minimum van 8 jaar toepaslike/erkenning ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleging.
• Ten minste 3 jaar van bogenoemde periode moet toepaslike/erkenning ervaring op bestuursvlak wees.
• Geldige bestuurslisensie. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Uitgebreide ervaring in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
• Vaardighede en kennis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en prosedures, verpleegstatute en ander relevante regsraamwerke soos: Verpleegwet, Gesondheidswet.
• Beroepsgesondheids- en Veiligheidswet, Pasienteregtehandves, Batho Pele-beginsels, Openbare Diensregulasies, Arbeidsverhoudingswet, Dissiplinêre kode en prosedure, Klagteprosedure, ens.
• Sterk leierskapvaardighede, Finansiële bestuursvaardighede.

Pligte

• Ondersteun die heringenieurswese van Primêre Gesondheidsorg om toegang tot gehalte-gesondheidsorgsdiens te bevorder.
• Implementeer die assesserings, voldoening en bereiking van ideale kliniekstatus vir alle fasiliteite in die plaaslike areas.
• Monitor prestasie van sleutelprioriteitsprogramme volgens APP- en AOP-teikens.
• Bestuur van sleutelprioriteitsprogramme.
• Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om goeie gehalte sorg oor alle dissiplines te verseker.
• Voer gehalteverbeteringsoudits en opnames uit en rapporteer aan senior bestuur en multidissiplinêre gesondheidspan.
• Monitor en evalueer die lewering van gehalte-gesondheidsorg binne die fasiliteite.
• Gee advies oor verskeie aspekte van gehaltesorg binne die hele distrik.
• Verskaf maandelikse verslae aan toesighouers en senior bestuur.
• Monitor kliniese en nie-klinieke op 'n gereelde basis om voldoening aan prosesse te verseker.
• Verteenwoordig die hele distrik by die provinsiale Gehalte, Finansies en sleutelprioriteitsprogramfora.
