Vereistes

• 'n Senior/Graad 12-sertifikaat.
• Kennis van die PERSAL-stelsel, databasis en sigbladtoepassing.
• Kennis van die Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations en ander relevante HR-voorskrifte sal 'n voordeel wees.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede (skriftelik en mondelings).

• Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning vir werwing en seleksie, aanstellings, proeftyd en diensbeëindigings.
• Administreer prosesse wat verband hou met diensvoorwaardes (verlof, behuising, mediese bystand, toelaes, ens.).
• Hanteer navrae en menslike hulpbron-registerdienste.
• Voer transaksies op die PERSAL-stelsel in en werk dit by.
• Hanteer HR-administrasienavrae van interne en eksterne belanghebbendes.
• Onderhou en werk personeel-lêerstelsels (elektronies en fisies) by.
• Verskaf algemene administratiewe ondersteuning, insluitend die opstel van roetine-korrespondensie, voorleggings en verslae.
• Verseker doeltreffende en effektiewe interpretasie en implementering van die departementele HRM-beleide, stelsel, regulasie-riglyne, resolusie en ander voorskrifte.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity and a pre-entry certificate obtained from the National School of government is required prior to the appointment. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Candidates will be required to complete a financial disclosure form and undergo security clearance. Foreigners or dual citizenship holders must provide a police clearance certificate from country of origin (only when shortlisted). The Department of Water Sanitation is an equal opportunity employer.
