Senior Provisioning Officer by Buffalo City TVET College wat 'n diploma of graad in Voorsieningsketting of Finansies vereis met een tot drie jaar se tersaaklike ervaring.

Vereistes

• Graad 12 / Matriek / Vlak 4-sertifikaat. 'n Toepaslike Nasionale Diploma / Graad in Voorsieningsketting / Logistiek / Finansies of tersaaklike NQF6-kwalifikasie; ten minste 1 tot 3 jaar se tersaaklike werkervaring in Voorsieningsketting / Logistiek / Finansies, samestelling van bateregister, batebestuur, toesig oor personeel.
• Gevorderde MS Word-, Excel- en PowerPoint-vaardighede;
• Toon diepgaande kennis van die SCM-wetgewingsomgewing wat van toepassing is op staatsinkope en die ontwikkeling, implementering en monitering van verwante beleide en prosedures; uitstekende operasionele bestuursvaardighede; goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings en geskrewe en mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede; vermoë om hoë vlakke van vertroulikheid te handhaaf en werk in hoëdruk-omgewings te prioriteer; 'n geldige bestuurderslisensie; gevorderde tegniese begrip van GRAAP-standaarde,, PFMA en Tesourie-regulasies oor Batebestuur.

Pligte

• Ontwikkel, hersien, implementeer en monitor SCM-beleid in ooreenstemming met tersaaklike wetgewing; hou toesig oor die verkryging van goedere en dienste vir die College; hou toesig oor die administrasie van vraag en verkryging; verseker 'n op-datum-databasis van diensverskaffers; analise en beplanning van verkrygingsvereistes, die samestelling van inligting vir die jaarlikse verkrygingsverslag;
• SCM-rekordhouding en verslagdoening; hou toesig oor die bestuur van bates van die College;
• Bestuur van alle Menslike, Finansiële en ander hulpbronne van die eenheid.

The new Z83 Application form must be accompanied by a detailed recently updated comprehensive CV with three (3) contactable references (provide their contact number and email addresses), Driver’s license, ID copies and Qualifications copies, such copies need not to be certified when applying for a post.
